In the end we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.  – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

I read these words the other day when I was doing a continuing education study about child abuse.  Yes, these words apply in abuse situations, but I had to stop and ponder all the words I’ve left unspoken.

How many times has God put me in a situation and allowed me to be His love and His spoken word for others, but I shamefully said nothing for FEAR of not knowing the Bible, His Word, as well as I thought I should.

Fear is not from the Lord. Especially fear of speaking His word. I pray that when confronted with this fear, I will no longer allow the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm control and beat me down, that I have the courage and strength to choose God first and above all. I also pray this for you.

Make wise choices and have a blessed day.
