😎🐫🎤 Christ’s peace and presence be with you. February 20-23, 2020, that was the last Greater Dayton Emmaus Walk weekend held. I’m so excited to say that in one week, the Greater Dayton Emmaus Walk weekends will resume! WOOT WOOT!!!! Can I get an AMEN and a Thank You Lord????? I’m very excited for the 23 men that have committed to experiencing this weekend event. In reality, they won’t be experiencing a weekend event, they will be experiencing the incredible love and movement of the Holy Spirit in their life. They will emerge the other side of that weekend changed, lighter, freer, with a willingness and desire to move where they are led by the Lord.
I’m also excited for the Emmaus Community members. We are definitely a team that find great joy in serving and have very much so missed being able to serve the Lord on these Walk weekends.
Finally, I’m overjoyed and thankful for the Lord. I know He has so much planned for those men on their Walk. I also know that He will be overjoyed by their presence and willingness to come to Him.
Whether you’re near or far, you have an opportunity to share Christ’s love with the men (Pilgrims) on this upcoming Emmaus Walk. Click on the Newsletter link below and scroll down to page 7 for the signup links for Kitchen and Housing. We also have a 72 hour prayer vigil beginning 06/23/2022 at 6:00PM EST and running through 6:00PM EST 06/26/2022. If you’re interested and willing to pray during this time, contact me or simply put a date and time in the comments on this post. If you’re willing, you can also put your name and where you live. At one point during the weekend, the prayer vigil board is shared with the men on this Walk. It’s truly an awesome and humbling moment when you as a Pilgrim hear about all these people that don’t even know you, from around the world are praying for you and your journey with the Lord.
