😎🐫🎤 Christ’s peace and presence be with you.  This week there were three moments captured in pictures that I want to share with you.

The first is from last Friday when I was watering the flowers and tomato plants.  It wasn’t until the water hit the spider webs, that they became visible.  It made me think of the waters of Baptism.  Once that precious and blessed water is poured upon on us, what was previously unseen, suddenly becomes visible.  But the interesting thing is that it was there all along, we were just too distracted to notice. 

The second picture was from Sunday.  I’m not exactly sure how that was taken.  It’s a very blurry picture of the lock screen on my phone.  When I found the picture, it made me think of the many times in life when we can’t seem to focus.  Just beyond the haze and blur you know there is clarity and a sharp image, but in this moment, it just can’t be found.

The third picture was taken Monday evening at sunset.  We were driving along, so I have to stop to capture this moment.  The color is incredible and the clouds tell a story.  Turn the picture so that you experience from every side.  It’s incredible how different it looks each time you turn it 90 degrees.  There are moments in our life when we need to just pause, turn the situation 90 degrees, and take another look at the situation.  More than likely, you’ll experience a slightly different perspective that may open your mind to different possibilities and options. 

Keep your eyes open for the unseen.  Know that life will have its blurry moments.  And allow yourself the grace to make a 90 degree turn.
